Global Insulator Group invests into automatic assembly line
Global Insulator Group is going to build a new automatic assembly line at the territory of special economic zone “Titanium Valley” in Sverdlovsk region, Russia. The products will be supplied exclusively for export.
Global Insulator Group continues production development. Last year the company became a resident of special economic zone “Titanium Valley” in Sverdlovsk region, Russia. The company is going to invest more than seven mln dollars for construction of a new automatic assembly line of glass insulators.
The new facility will carry out the last manufacturing process – assembly of glass insulators and will be equipped with a fully automated assembly line that allow keeping to a minimum human factor during the assembly of insulators. The Russian plant YuAIZ will supply all components and accessories.
Currently, the project is under approval for construction by the city government. New project will be accomplished jointly with Italian company Olivotto that is responsible for construction, engineering and start of automatic assembly line production. It will be a unique custom-made project.
The new facility will fulfill orders exclusively for export. The automatic assembly line will increase GIG market share on the global market by entering markets that require automatic assembly.
New advanced manufacture will enhance the company’s position in the international stage and will demonstrate its innovative capabilities.
